Current Priorities
Before departure, Samuel is focusing on building relationships with individuals and churches, raising funds, and theological training. Once Samuel arrives, he will transition to learning the language, nursing in a hospital setting, and serving among refugees and the North African church, to show and share the kindness of Jesus.
Vision
Develop friendships with the local people and through spiritual conversations introduce them to the redemptive story of Jesus Christ. We long to see a movement amongst our LRPG of Jesus followers who are Christ‐centred, Spirit‐empowered, and mission‐focused
Bio
Samuel grew up in a Christian family and overseas as a TCK. He saw firsthand what God was doing around the world. This childhood exposed him to the gospel, where he decided to surrender his life to Jesus at a young age. This led to a life of intimate friendship with Jesus, and instilled in him a heart for missions. With a dream to be a part of the healing of the nations, God led him to pursue a career in nursing, specifically pediatrics, where he was able to form a foundation of nursing. With a continual call to go overseas, Samuel began to pursue opportunities overseas, where the door to join the North Africa team opened up. He is excited to combine his nursing and his passion for overseas missions and see how God uses him in this next adventure.
