Overview:
The Youth & Young Adults Pastor is a dual-role position responsible for the
leadership, health, and growth of Youth (Grades 6–12) and Young Adults
ministries at RockPointe Church (RPC). This role prioritizes Youth Ministry while
ensuring strong development pathways into Young Adults and adult life within the
church. This leader will champion environments where students and young
adults encounter Jesus, build authentic community, and are equipped to live
missionally.

Location and Travel Requirements:
- Work out of Offices at RPC Bearspaw location, while utilizing all locations in Calgary for Youth and Young Adult Ministries.
